You can view information about your products and services by logging in and clicking on the My Account button in the top right-hand corner.


Via My Account > Products & Services, you can view the following:


  • Overview: view a summary of all the products you have access to
    • view your usage and remaining credits for each product
    • view the renewal date for each product

  • Usage statistics: here you will find an overview of your personal usage, broken down by product

  • Archive: here you will find an overview of all the company reports you have requested



Will my subscription be renewed automatically?

Your subscription will not be renewed automatically. Your account manager will contact you three months before the expiry date to discuss renewing your products.



How do I add a product to my account?

You cannot add products to your account yourself. If you are interested in adding extra products or upgrading your package, please contact your account manager.
