Configure “Filter by Date of Birth” when screening individuals. This is set to “false” by default. If a DOB value exists for the individual(s) being screened and the filter is set to true, you’ll only receive matches by name and date of birth with a tolerance of +/-1 year from the provided date. 

If a DOB value exists for the individual(s) being screened and the filter is set to false, you’ll receive matches by name and date of birth with a tolerance of +/-1 year from the provided date, along with name matches that do not have a date of birth specified. 

If a DOB value does not exist for the individual(s) being screened and the filter is set to true/false, you’ll receive matches by name and other configured parameters.
